We ship to most places worldwide, and we have Free Shipping to all places we ship to, yay!

Our free shipping service type and shipping rates ( if any) differ from country to country. Please refer to the shipping rates below to check the rates and service type applicable to your country. Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver, please see Customs below for more information.

Please kindly allow 1-3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Please also kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable and if your order was purchased with free shipping, a restocking fee of USD20 (USD 5 for Singapore) would be deducted from your refund total should you return the item/items. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes, FAO/APO addresses.

Our E-ccomerce shipping uses your local postal service when the package arrives in your country and it is out of our control should the time to deliver be longer due to their own delays. The tracking for this service is limited as well.

Customs

Please kindly note any custom fees, duties and/ or taxes are not included in the item price, final purchase price or shipping costs and is the responsibility of the recipient. Items are shipped out from Singapore. Please check with your country's custom policies to see if there would be additional costs and what they may be so there are no surprises.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason your order would be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by the carrier, in this circumstance your order is not eligible for a refund. If it is returned by the carrier due to refusal to pay custom fees, duties or taxes or because somehow the fees were not paid, please kindly note that a reshipping fee would apply should you wish to have the item redelivered. If you choose to not want the item, it would be considered a return and the full return policy would apply to the item (restocking fee of USD20).

Once an order has been processed and is shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.

Wrong shipping information

If any shipping information provided is inaccurate and insufficient and our shipping partner cannot successfully deliver it as a result, we are not liable for it not reaching you or your intended recipient. There would be no refund on the order or shipping costs in this circumstance. If the item is returned to us by the courier you would be responsible for any fees or cost for this return and also for the reshipping fee. If you do not want it reshipped we will refund you the order amount less shipping fees/handling fee and any courier return fees.

We urge you to provide accurate information to prevent such situations.

Lost packages

Unfortunately we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. We would of course do our very best to assist. If the item was delivered and left at your door and goes missing, or was not picked up by you, we cannot be liable and it would not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to provide a secure delivery address and preferably where someone is able to receive the package directly.
