Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused in any way, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dailycut.co and state your order number and reason for return. Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return request is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note you have to arrange for your own shipping of the item back to us at your own cost. ( Except for Singapore orders where we can arrange for free return service) You can also request for a quote from us when you are requesting a return. If you find the shipping quote acceptable, we can email you the shipping label for you to print out and attach to your package and arrange for the item to be picked up. Our courier is mainly DHL express for overseas return. The return shipping cost would be deducted from your refund total. Please kindly note we do not refund the initial shipping cost or any taxes and duties paid when receiving the item, only the item cost will be refunded. If the item is bought with free shipping, please kindly note there will be a admin/handling fee of USD10 which would be deducted from the refund total. ( There is no admin/handling fee for Singapore returns) Please also kindly note that if the item is lost or damaged during shipping back , we are not liable and would not be able to refund you for the item in such circumstance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@dailycut.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please provide your order number and pictures so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and underwear). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we strictly do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service. You are welcome to return the item within 14 days of receiving it, and re-purchase the preferred item after your return has been accepted. Please note the returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with its original packaging such as hangtags still in tact and unused in any ways. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
